Keys, keys, keys

100ScopeNotes tweeted me over to BookEnds at BookList -- Keyed into Cover Controversy

Look at all the keyed up covers!

All I can say is that when Tiffany & Co. starts selling them, it is officially a trend. Thanks to entling no. 1 for the heads up to these little gems.

Been noticing the key trend for awhile. It started for me with Jeremy Fink and the Meaning of Life. That's a great cover. And then, there's the UK version of Incarceron..., too.

We have a key on our ring for D's office that looks like one of the Tiffany keys, only less delicate. I ADORE them. I wonder if I could find/buy some of them here...

Actually -- this started earlier than this. Remember The Secret Life of Jeremy Fink? Tons of keys. The UK version of Incarceron also has a big skeleton key on the cover.

Funnily enough, they're not called that here; they're called master keys. Skeleton keys... are lock picks.
